The Workday Integration Developer role at WLEN WORLDJOBS is a critical position requiring expertise in developing, deploying, and maintaining integration solutions within the Workday ecosystem. As part of our PAN India team, you will work during the 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST shift to ensure seamless integration functionality and support for business processes. This position demands strong technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with stakeholders. Role Overview: The successful candidate will design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and Custom Reports. The role involves analyzing requirements, defining integration specifications, delivering scalable solutions, and managing the integration lifecycle, including UAT and deployment phases. Post-deployment, you will monitor existing integrations, address defects, implement enhancements, and ensure efficient operational performance. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions based on best practices. - Develop robust integration solutions using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Custom Reports. - Analyze complex business needs to create scalable and maintainable integration designs. - Test and deploy integrations while ensuring quality and adherence to standards. - Provide proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing integrations. - Resolve issues, manage escalations, and handle defects effectively. - Ensure smooth communication between Workday systems and external applications through web services like SOAP and REST. Required Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday integration development. - Strong programming skills in Java and XML. - Solid understanding of integration frameworks and technologies such as SOAP and REST. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Workday integration tools, proficiency in programming languages, familiarity with web service frameworks, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Custom Reports, and Workday Studio.
Analyze requirements and provide technical solutions based on best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration specifications and deliver scalable solutions.
Manage end-to-end integration lifecycle including design, development, testing, UAT, and deployment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining Workday integration solutions.
Proficiency with Workday technologies such as EIB, Core Connectors, Custom Reports, and Workday Studio.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
